Chad Stearns is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in strategic program management, customer success, and business development at Cisco. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Experience Strategic Programs, he has a proven track record of driving customer adoption, enhancing partner compliance, and improving service engagement. Chad’s expertise spans from scaling customer success programs to managing complex divestitures and acquisition integrations. His data-driven approach and strong leadership skills have resulted in significant improvements in customer retention, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Chad holds a bachelor’s in economics and a master’s in finance. Chad combines financial acumen with strategic vision to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
