Julie Case
Julie Case has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology Operations. Most recently, Julie was the Director of Software Center of Excellence at Cisco where she led a major change to the company’s software end of life policy to restructure the software support model and to further the awareness to customers and partners of the need to keep critical software such as network operating systems current. Julie also led the Software Upgrade Lifecycle program developing solutions to enhance the customer’s overall software upgrade experience, creating proactive measures to guide key decisions on when to upgrade. Prior to joining Cisco, Julie held Senior Executive positions at Responsys, Yodlee, and Genesys overseeing IT, SaaS and Cloud Operations. She is a global technology executive with deep business acumen and extensive strategy development and implementation experience. Her passion is business process optimizations that improve and streamline operational efficiencies, reducing redundancy and increasing productivity. She is an advocate on behalf of customers (external and internal) in terms of improving the overall customer experience.
